Special orders, such as custom mountings or jewelry pieces that were requested but are not specifically shown on our website, are non-cancelable and non-refundable items. Items purchased and returned in 7 days will be refunded with a 10% restocking fee

We take great pride in the quality and workmanship of our merchandise and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from Scraps Jewelry Empire. However, for any reason you wish to return your purchase, we will gladly refund or exchange any unworn item(s) within (7) days of delivery date.

At this time, we don’t have financing offers available. We do however offer payment plans which will allow you to secure an item until payment is made in full. 

If you already own a piece of jewelry, we can gladly provide additional service(s) such as:

• Sizing
• Engraving
• Adjusting length to either necklace or bracelet. 
• Repair and Cleaning 
• Polishing/Plating
